Emotional burnout and its influence on future applied psychologists’ formation

The article deals with the problem of emotional burnout and its influence on future applied psychologists’ formation. The detailed analysis of the term "emotional burnout syndrome" and the views of researchers at it are hold. According to the method by V. Boyko the research was conducted and processed the results of such components of emotional burnout as stress, exhaustion and resistance. The article contains a diagram of syndromes formation levels.
