Abstract
Nowadays, the education system is aimed at the improvement o f pedagogical
processes in school and requires qualified teachers, who are able to systematically perform
professional tasks, solve urgent problems while interacting with each other. Inclusive
education, which is a relevant and inseparable part o f the quality o f general pedagogical
process, is aimed at the development o f each child in accordance with his or her personal
characteristics and needs, ensuring the development o f his or her mental and physical abilities
and potential in all spheres. So, a modern teacher faces a global task - to provide every child
with an opportunity to get a basic education, taking into account the child’s educational needs.
