The relevance of research on the concept of flexible management at the enterprise in terms of digitization and lean production is of considerable novelty and great practical importance, because it is implemented at the production of the Toyota plant. In addition, this study is based on the conditions of the Internet, digitalization, which introduces an analysis of new problems. The main purpose of the research is to formulate the concept of flexible management at the enterprise in terms of digitalization and lin-production and conditions for achieving its competitiveness.
