Relevance of the research problem of self-realization of personality in sport
as the main megatrend is specific feature of globalization, in the context of which the socio-
anthropological dimensions related to a person are not well-researched. This problem arises
because it begins to rethink the phenomena of the man as a subject of sports activities. At the
same time, the sport paradigm in conditions of globalization begins to re-think, according to
its pros and cons.
