The dynamics of mental efficiency during the day and week were investigated. Results of the
study show that the longest phase of entering the job is marked on the first lesson. The peak of mental efficiency
accounted for 3
-4 lessons. Since the fifth lesson efficiency gradually decreases and the lowest figure is marked on the 7
lesson.
Monday is a day of high mental efficiency for 10
th
-grade students. During the week efficiency gradually
decreases without s
harp fluctuations and the lowest level is marked on Friday.
We studied the level of physical condition of pupils in 10th grade by the method of E. A. Pirogova. It was
revealed that at rest 10% of the guys have an average level, 80% above the average and 10
% higher, after the load –
70% lower and 30% lower average. At rest 70% of the girls have a lower average level of physical condition, 20%
average and 10% above the average, after the load –
10% lower and 90% lower average.
