The transition from an industrial revolution to the revolution of information and to the new industrial way: Industry 4.0 are nowadays. Traditional industries now have an unprecedented degree of integration between information, communication and manufacturing systems at their disposal usher in a new era of Industry 4.0 manufacturing. This is the fourth industrial revolution based on nano- and biotechnologies, robotics, various diffuse innovations, high technologies, innovative infrastructure, the development of which is determined by information and computer technologies and it will impact everything. The actual philosophical-methodological and socio-economic problems of the society Іndustry 4.0 construction, which is based on development of information and innovation culture, as well as the development of an intellectual resource that influences on the human capital development are considered in the article.
