Intercultural dialogue and interaction as the key to the success of multi-ethnic ukrainian communities: monograph.

The monographic study examines the processes of modernization of
modern society, cultural transformation, complex intercultural relations,
problems of mutual understanding, interaction between representatives of
different cultures. The expediency of using the means and mechanisms of
sociological support for the development of strategies and practices of sociocultural
renewal of the modern Ukrainian intercultural city is substantiated.
This allows not only Melitopol, but also the community of intercultural cities
to learn and provide practical assistance to influential politicians in order to
connect and focus the efforts of city departments and services to cooperate
productively with citizens.
