Abstract
The article deals with the different approaches to develop reflective methods of teaching for troubleshooting in the classroom. The article emphasises that dedicated teachers are always looking to improve their daily methods, so that they can better respond to institutional demands and their student’s needs. The article gives the analysis of the reflective methods of teaching that assists the teachers to acquire both professional and personal skills that will provide them the opportunity to work more efficiently.
The conclusion is made that just within the reflective teaching process teachers stand to gain a better realizing of what impact their methods and strategies have on their student’s personal learning trajectory.
