Антигендерні рухи в Україні anti-gender movements in Ukraine

Стаття присвячена питанню антигендерних рухів в Україні. Здійснено аналіз їх
сутності, проявів та причини. Ми дотримуємося визначення антигендерних рухів
як відмови від європейських цінностей,
заперечення цінності участі в міжнародних
організацій, міжнародних договорів, конвенцій, повернення до патріархатних традицій та відносин, повернення до керованого
суспільства.
З’ясовано, що антигендерний рух в Україні
існує як неформальні мережі, що базуються на поділюваних усіма цінностях і
солідарності, мобілізують своїх учасників
щодо конфліктних проблем за допомогою
регулярного використання різних форм
протесту. Зазначено, що у своїх виступах
активісти антигендерного руху зазвичай
використовують націоналістичні та традиціоналістські ідеологеми. Нерідко відбуваються підміна понять, їх помилкове
трактування або свідома маніпуляція та
перекручування основоположних ідей гендерної теорії та положень гендерного
законодавства для їх дискредитації:
Зазначено, що подальше розгортання антигендерних рухів містить такі загрози, як
клерикалізація держави, втрата державою
світськості; подальше згортання поля
демократії та свободи, насамперед для
жінок; зростання тоталітаризму, залежності, ксенофобії; державна та суспільна
деградація. Небезпека домінування виключно
традиційного погляду на гендерну взаємодію
в постколоніальному українському суспільстві полягає не лише в тому, що небажання
практичного втілення в життя цінностей
паритетної демократії може стати однією
з перепон на шляху України до спільного
європейського простору, але й у тому, що
антигендерні рухи в державі тісно пов’язані
не тільки з консервативними традиціями
та класичним націоналізмом, але й часто
з неототалітарними та неоімперськими
устремліннями.

The article addresses the issue of anti-gender
movements in Ukraine. The analysis of their
essence, manifestations and the reason has
been carried out. We adhere to viewing the
essence of anti-gender movements as the
rejection of European values, denial of the
value of participation in international organizations, international treaties, conventions, return
to patriarchal traditions and relations, and
return to a managed society.
It has been found out that the anti-gender movement in Ukraine exists as informal networks
based on shared by all values and solidarity,
mobilizing their participants over conflict issues
through the regular use of various forms of protest. It is pointed out that anti-gender activists
usually use nationalist and traditionalist ideologemes in their speeches. There is often a
substitution of concepts, their misinterpretation
or deliberate manipulation and distortion of the
basic ideas of the gender theory and the provisions of the gender law to discredit them:
It has been pointed out that the further development of anti-gender movements contains
such threats as the clericalization of the state
and the loss of secularism by the state; further
shrinking the field of democracy and freedom,
especially for women; the growth of totalitarianism, dependence, xenophobia; state and social
degradation. And the danger of dominating the
exclusively traditional view of gender interaction in the postcolonial Ukrainian society consists not only in that the reluctance to put into
practice the values of parity democracy can
become one of the obstacles on Ukraine’s path
to the common European space, but also that
anti-gender movements in state are closely
connected not only with conservative traditions
and classical nationalism, but often with neototalitarian and neo-imperial aspirations.
