The article
reveals the psychosocial aspects of maintaining health and ensuring the safety of teachers and
students during the quarantine period. A review of foreign studies on the psychological
impact of quarantine is given. The mental effects of the influence of self-isolation on teachers
and students are considered. The neurobiological differences in relationships in the process
of distance learning and live communication are analyzed. Three style directions of personal
value attitudes are described. Recommendations for maintaining the psychological health
of teachers and students are presented.
