Improving the methodology of professional education in higher education management

Reforming education in the system of modern pan-European trends puts before the Ukraine intelligence, in particular teachers, scientists, government and public figures, the task of training young people, which should be based on the best achievements of world and Ukraine pedagogical science, history and culture. One of the main directions of professional education reform in Russia today is to modernize it according to the European model in order to bring higher education to the same standards and criteria. The transition of our state to a democratic society and to changes in market relations requires significant changes in human consciousness. Since education lays the professional, psychological, and social prerequisites for the development of a nation, its reformation is the first step towards the formation of a new mindset and the development of a knowledge society.
