Резюме
The article analyses the objective and subjective predictors of personality’s psychological well-being as a factor future specialist’s professional stability. It is proved that socio-economic and socio-cultural factors have an indirect impact on psychological well-being, usually affecting its individual components. It is identified that there exists a significant correlation between the level of psychological well-being and the subjective factor – a psychological one. The structural components of psychological well-being of professional stability include: emotional, cognitive, motivational and behavioural, while the functional components that ensure positive functioning of the personality include: autonomy, environmental management, personal growth, positive relationships with others, life goals and self-esteem. Personality’s psychological well-being is considered as an integral indicator of the degree of realization of their own orientation, which is subjectively manifested in the feeling of happiness, satisfaction with life and oneself.
