Резюме

The article deals with the problematic aspects of training of specialists in physical education and sport related to normative and legislative regulation of the field of Physical Culture and Sport in Ukraine. The Laws of Ukraine, Decrees of the President of Ukraine, Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders, letters, explanations and recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science are considered. The uncertainties and inconsistencies in the legislation on educational field of Physical Education and Sports, the regulation of the curriculum structure, the normalization of the number of required class hours per ECTS credit are presented. The survey on possible directions of the industry development using the US experience of instructors of higher educational institutions of Ukraine and specialists in physical culture was conducted.
