Резюме

It is impossible to manage the quality of education in a higher educational institution on a purely administrative basis. It requires the broad participation of all participants in the educational process. And for this it is necessary that the goals of this management and the positive result for each participant in the process of functioning of the higher educational institution are clear. Management of the quality of education is not an additional burden, but the organization of work corresponding to the quality, its technology. Quality management of education should facilitate the operation of the higher education institution, not complicate it. This is the main difficulty of the education quality management system and the essence of its design and formation.
